Our menus are designed as a dining experience to match our epic surroundings and building.
Our kitchen is led by myself, (Head Chef Damian Collinson) and my talented brigade who thrive on the philosophy of sourcing the best local produce possible, and treating it in a way that it pleases all of our diners.
We have areas to dine on the terrace (weather permitting), in our vibrant bar area, or upstairs in the Grand Salon, a room steeped in historical magnificence.
Food is served till 11-6pm Mondays, 11-8pm Tuesday - Thursday, 11-6pm Friday & Saturday and 11-4pm on Sundays. For private bookings and functions food can be served outside these hours.
To complement our menus, the ALIBI team can offer recommendations on wines and champagnes from our extensive cellar or suggest the perfect cocktail.
