Our menus are designed as a dining experience to match our epic surroundings and building.
Our kitchen is led by myself, (Head Chef Damian Collinson) and my talented brigade who thrive on the philosophy of sourcing the best local produce possible, and treating it in a way that it pleases all of our diners.
Friday and Saturday night bookings gives you the option of dining in our Grand Salon from 6pm onwards - a room steeped in historical magnificence, or if you prefer a more upbeat atmosphere with music playing from 8pm, you can choose to eat within out bar area.
To complement our menus, the ALIBI team can offer recommendations on wines and champagnes from our extensive cellar or suggest the perfect cocktail.
